Service Description

Join us for a workshop that will reset, recalibrate and reinvigorate you from the inside out. We will flow together in a beautiful Vinyasa after allowing our higher selves to guide us in a journey of healing and releasing during a brief hypnosis session. We will flow into a yin practice of healing and integrating what we learned to release through the hypnosis and vinyasa flow journey. We will seal the practice with a meditation to carry you for the next weeks creating a powerful healing journey to your self.
