Service Description

Children will learn about mindfulness through breathing exercises, yoga poses, and fun yoga games. They will explore topics, such as self-love, gratitude and kindness. Children will gain skills to build their self-esteem, and regulate emotions in a non-competitive, inclusive environment. Each class includes aerial yoga skills!
