Join Jenna for this transformative workshop: one hour of revitalizing Vinyasa yoga directly followed by one hour of soothing and releasing Yin yoga. This workshop is a powerful journey that begins by harmonizing your body and breath with a gently heated Vinyasa flow that seamlessly blends into a Yin practice to cultivate alignment between your body, prana, and soul. To enhance your experience, please bring along a comfortable pillow and a cozy sweater or blanket for your post-Vinyasa/Yin portion of transformation. All purchases are non-transferrable and non-refundable. For late class reservation cancelations please call 954-807-3077 and leave a message OR email realhuman@theomspot.com For precision training/private sessions we adhere to a 12 hour cancellation policy. All late session cancellations or no-shows will be deducted in full from your package. We will always do our best to accommodate your re-schedule requests but only if it's available on the same business day as your original session.
