Our class list includes a range of levels and techniques and are taught by our certified team of instructors. We pride ourselves in offering classes that are both dynamic and meditative, letting you move your body as well as still the mind.
POWER YOGA
Heated (98-105 Degrees)
60 minutes
This challenging and dynamic flow will have you sweating! The sequences are designed specifically to target major muscle areas and challenge endurance. All levels are welcome. Bring plenty water for this challenging experience!


VINYASA FLOW
60-75 minutes
Heated (98-105 Degrees)
Our signature vinyasa flow incorporates sun salutations, along with instructor led creative flows. The students are encouraged to explore their bodies and look deeper into the asana practice as well as maintain a high spiritual frequency. Students are encouraged to explore the practice with guidance.. Get ready to speak creativity and joy! All levels welcome!
YIN

Non-heated (typically 80-85 Degrees)
Our Yin classes focus on the deep connective tissues of the body, stretching them gently and for a longer duration of time. Yin is the perfect complement to your faster paced workouts. All levels are welcome to this class!


STRENGTHEN & FLOW
60 minutes
Heated (95-100 Degrees)
Get ready to sweat and tone your entire body! After a brief total body vinyasa warm-up this class utilizes light to medium weights, bands and body weight to target all the major muscle groups. Low-moderate impact training spurts interweaved are designed to get the heart rate up and maximize calorie burn. Then we take it down to the mat to stretch it out! All abilities welcome!
AERIAL YOGA

Not Heated (typically 75-85 Degrees)
Join us for a rejuvenating aerial yoga class where you can explore your body’s potential in new and exciting ways! Our sessions blend traditional yoga poses with the support of a soft fabric hammock allowing for deeper stretches and improved flexibility. Perfect for all levels, this class promotes strength, balance, and relaxation while you float through the air. BLAZING BARRE

This barre class is anything but average! Experience this unique contemporary dance inspired workout which blends strength, flexibility and endurance for a full body burn! Utilizing light weights, loop bands, and body weight this one hour slow burn will challenge balance, flexibility, core strength, and cardiovascular endurance. Don't forget to point your toes! All levels welcome!
HOT MAT PILATES
45 minutes
Heated (95-100 Degrees)
Designed to improve flexibility, strength, and core stability, this class challenges you to push your limits in a warm, welcoming environment. As you flow through traditional and modern Pilates forms,, the heat promotes deeper spinal articulation and flexibility. This class uses the Pilates ring, bands, weights, and balls. Join us for a transformative session that will elevate your fitness journey! All levels welcome!
