Service Description

Children will learn mindful listening, breathing techniques, Asanas (the poses), craft and story time, games and meditation. Each week we focus on a different theme. Uplifting and positive music will be played softly and the children will have an opportunity to learn about the musical instruments we use for meditation. This is the perfect course to ignite a lifelong practice for your little yogi! Session 1 Dates: 8/28, 9/11, 9/18, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16. $100 Registration includes a yoga mat that's theirs to keep! To register additional children email realhuman@theomspot.com to request the sibling discount code (20%). You must complete a new/separate registration for each child. Discount only valid for siblings attending the same session, it does not have to be the same time/age-group. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Any missed sessions can made up once per session by attending the alternate age group class (I.E. doing a double class one day. This is not recommended but, hey, life happens! We get it!)

Cancellation Policy

All purchases are non-transferrable and non-refundable. If your child is unable to attend for any reason or is late/leaves early, there will not be any refund. In the event of not being able to attend we will provide you a coupon code for 1/2 the price of your purchase amount that you can use on the next Glow Night/Parent's night out event registration. Due to the fact that we purchase many items and food for each child who registers this is why we can not refund any amount. Thank you for your understanding!
