Welcome to our exciting 6-week kids yoga class! We have careful crafted age specific content for our tween yogis! This program combines the benefits of breath control, stress management, and functional flexibility in a safe inclusive environment. Throughout the course, children will discover the power of mindful breathing techniques, enabling them to manage emotions and enhance their overall well-being. But that’s not all! As an extra element of fun and challenge, the kids will have the opportunity to explore the world of aerial yoga. Every week, they will learn a new aerial pose, boosting their confidence, strength, and creativity. By the end of the program, not only will your children have gained valuable tools for managing stress and improving flexibility, but they will also have a collection of impressive aerial yoga poses to showcase their newfound skills. Get your cameras ready to capture the joyful moments of your yogi soaring! Session 1 Mondays 5-5:45 PM Dates: 8/28, 9/11, 9/18, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16. $100 Registration includes a yoga mat that's theirs to keep! To register additional children email realhuman@theomspot.com to request the sibling discount code (20%). You must complete a new/separate registration for each child. Discount only valid for siblings attending the same session, it does not have to be the same time/age-group. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Any missed sessions can made up once per session by attending the alternate age group class (I.E. doing a double class one day. This is not recommended but, hey, life happens! We get it!)

Cancellation Policy

All purchases are non-transferrable and non-refundable. For late class reservations & cancelations please call 954-807-3077 and leave a message OR email realhuman@theomspot.com. Any no-shows may be subject to fees and/or suspension of booking permissions. For precision training/private sessions we adhere to a 12 hour cancellation policy. All late session cancellations or no-shows will be deducted in full from your package. We will always do our best to accommodate your re-schedule requests but only if it's available on the same business day as your original session.
